Turnkey Solution For those who prefer a hands-off approach, our all-inclusive package is the perfect choice. In partnership with Modern Modular Homes, we will manage everything—from site preparation to the final interior touches. This includes all construction, mechanical systems, and permits, ensuring a seamless process with all aspects handled by a single provider.
Supply-Only Option If you prefer a more active role in your project, this option is ideal. You’ll receive the complete Interhab package, while your contractor manages site preparation, assembly, and all related tasks like plumbing, electrical work, and finishes. This is perfect if you have a trusted contractor or wish to take on more of the project management yourself.
Our panelized construction system means we can ship your home to you ! Whether your local to Hubbards, in the Maritimes, or across the Atlantic ocean, the components of your home will be packed with care and delivered to you.
